A different approach to back pain

Cause:

Lower back pain is now the number one cause of disability globally. Up to 85% of people will experience lower back pain at some point in their life. About 90% of lower back pain is referred to as ‘non-specific lower back pain’ and this can be the results of several different factors. Lifestyle, job demands, previous injuries such as ankle sprain, knee or hip pain can all have an impact on lower back pain.

Unfortunately there is a lot of misinformation and over diagnosis of lower back pain. This can lead to fear and avoidance of the things that give our life meaning. About 98% of back pain is not linked to any serious condition but can have a massive impact on our life.
